How much traffic can the premium hosting handle?
We’ve had clients with WordPress websites that handled 100.000 pageviews/day, but we cannot guarantee a certain level of traffic. These kinds of estimates are difficult to make because they depend on many aspects like type of traffic, databases, plugins, quality of code, etc.
Is the premium hosting exclusive for WordPress?
No, you can host any PHP / MySQL app on our premium shared web hosting plans, but by using WordPress you get more benefits, like the WP Toolkit integrated in cPanel, the website builder, and our specialised WordPress support.
Can I host an ecommerce store?
Yes, you can host an eCommerce store on a premium web hosting plan. We have plenty of customers using WooCommerce, and we can provide help and assistance with identifying slow-loading pages and improving the performance of your online shop.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes, you can request the cancellation of your service within 14 days, and we will refund the money. Exceptions are for domain registrations, which are not refundable.
What are the payment methods?
You can pay online with your card. We use Paddle as our billing partner, transactions are handled by them.
Do you charge VAT/sales tax?
Prices listed on our website do not include VAT or other taxes. Tax will be added to your invoice as a separate line item.
If your company is registered in EU VIES, you can add your VAT number at checkout, and VAT will not be added to your invoice if the VAT number is valid.

We currently offer premium shared hosting only in Romania (Eastern Europe). If you need more locations, choose a managed WordPress hosting plan.

Yes, you can, but we don’t offer support for WordPress Multisite.
Is email included?
Yes. Email hosting is included, but provided as-is.
If email is business critical to you, we recommend using specialised email providers such as Google Workspace or Outlook 365, as they are the most reliable.
Is cPanel included?
Yes, our premium shared web hosting uses cPanel for account management. You can access cPanel from your client area.
