How many websites can I host?
The plans are meant for WooCommerce shops, ideally one per server, but since you get your own cloud server, there’s no limit on how many websites can you add. You can host one Woo store or multiple small brochure-style websites. However, just because you can add unlimited websites doesn’t mean it’s a good idea to put unlimited websites on the server. It depends on how traffic each site has and how much resources each consumes.
Can the server send emails?
No, to prevent abuse the server cannot send emails. You will need to install and configure a SMTP plugin (we recommend Fluent SMTP) to send emails from your own email server.
How can I access the website files?
You can connect to the server via SFTP using a specialised desktop application such as Filezilla.
How can I access the website database?
On request, we can install phpMyAdmin, but it is recommended to connect remotely using a specialised desktop application, such as Sequel Ace, Sequel Pro, MySQL Workbench, etc.
